Your company is represented in the vendor area with a virtual 'booth:' 350 words of text, a logo, one other image or graphic and a link to your official site. This area of the Con will also feature door prizes, so you're assured of good 'booth' traffic.
Participation in the door prize, raffles and exclusive sponsorships of individual events (games) are all available. Ask the Convention Coordinator if you are interested in sponsoring an event.

All required materials must be in two weeks before the start of the Con.
If you are donating prizes, a complete list of all prizes with their value and an image must be in by the same date.
All product supplied will be handed out as prizes. These products must be received within 2 weeks before the convention start date; or you must agree to ship directly to the winners (the latter is preferred - we will supply you with your new customer's name and address).
You will supply web site content as a text file and digital image files suitable for web display. HTML format is optional.
